Shipping Fees
All orders qualify for free standard shipping—no minimum purchase required.


Order Cut-Off Time & Time Zone
Orders must be placed before 8:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time), based on the Los Angeles time zone, to be processed the same day.


Processing Time
We generally prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).


Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping times typically range between 20 to 30 business days, depending on the destination and external shipping conditions.


Carrier Information
All orders are shipped via USPS.


Address Changes

Damaged Shipments
