Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as payments via PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Q. How secure is my online order?

When you place an order online using your credit card, all of your information is entered on an SSL-secure web page. Your details are then encrypted using SSL technology and transmitted directly to our credit card provider's network for authorization. Rest assured, we do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, or any part of it, at our discretion, even after you've received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has been authorized and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that any cancellation after the order has been placed will incur a $0.50 cancellation fee, as the merchant processor or credit card provider charges us a fee for cancellations, regardless of how quickly the order is canceled.

Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Q. When will my order arrive?

The delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours, as tracking details typically become available one day after shipment. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs in your country.

Q. Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotion and discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account provides several benefits, including:
