Q. What forms of payment do you support?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal transactions. Please note, we do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit cards, or cash on delivery as payment methods.

Q. Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?

If your card has already been charged and we cancel the order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

Shipping timeframes vary based on the delivery method selected at checkout. Once your package ships, you’ll receive tracking details within 24 hours—tracking typically becomes active the day after shipping.
