We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original state—unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and packaged as it was when you received it. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

To begin a return process, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to ship your item back. Kindly note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items when they arrive. If something is damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, let us know right away so we can evaluate the issue and make things right.

Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll inform you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund process and reflect the amount.
