To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend returning the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, placing a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
